DIABETES - OUR NIGHTMARE

DIABETES

Diabetes is a lifelong (chronic) disease in which there are high levels of sugar in the blood.

Causes
Insulin is a hormone produced by the pancreas to control blood sugar. Diabetes can be caused by too little insulin, resistance to insulin, or both.
To understand diabetes, it is important to first understand the normal process by which food is broken down and used by the body for energy. Several things happen when food is digested:
  • A sugar called glucose enters the bloodstream. Glucose is a source of fuel for the body.
  • An organ called the pancreas makes insulin. The role of insulin is to move glucose from the bloodstream into muscle, fat, and liver cells, where it can be used as fuel.
People with diabetes have high blood sugar because their body cannot move sugar into fat, liver, and muscle cells to be stored for energy. This is because either:
  • Their pancreas does not make enough insulin
  • Their cells do not respond to insulin normally
  • Both of the above

HOW DIABETES EFFECTS US

Eating Habits

We love beautiful and enjoyable  live. Love tasty, sweet and delicious food. To enjoy saliva quenches cakes in our mouth, feeling the savouring and tasteful delite and slowly swallowing them, feeling the ecstacy of deliciousness.

Every time we across foods, we must control our desirers. The sugar contents becomes an obstacle to us. The sugar that suppose to gives us energy is now becomes a threat. Instead of making us more energizes, it makes us weaker  more tired. The sweetened drinks make us thirstier. Parties attended to respect the invitations, to meet friends and clients. While guests enjoying foods and drinks served, we can only satisfy ourselves with sky juice or plain water or if lucky we could take pure fruit juices.

Leisures

To enjoy rough outdoor sports, energetic cycling, climbing, camping and viewing the beauty of god’s creations. Beautiful scenery in the wildest environment. Embarking in the sports without worrying the cuts and lashes on our skin

Fear of cuts and lashes, mosquito bites might lead to swollen flesh and gangrene holding us from participating rough sports that we love so much. Our activities were limited and have to do it in such a very careful way just not to cut ourselves. Even  minor one.
We had fingers or legs swollen until pain killers might give little ease of over whelming pains. Sooner or later we may lose them. Amputation is the last resolution says the doctor. But we cannot guarantee it will stop them. The gangrene may return and eating our flesh and bones.

Vision

Once we used to read without glass or maybe with reading glass. But then we need the reading glass not only for reading but also to see far away. Then our eyes become crazy. The power of the lenses fluctuate. Today we use +100 tomorrow +200, next tomorrow it needs +300 or more. Then back to +250 and so on. Come to time we could not see anything. Temporary blindness! We thought our eyes is the problems but actually it is caused by our blood sugar levels.

Restless

Feeling numb. Fingers and legs. Unbearable pains.  Sleepless night. Wake up every hour at night to urine and to drink . the unfulfilled thirst. Our spouse politely sound us our night life was not as hot as usual.

Daily activities must be accompanied by supplied insulin or tablets taken orally on time. Routine that we are  very devoted to.

Do we have to point our finger to our ancestors for passing to us the unhealthy genetics that we had to suffer till death. Or to our eating habit craze to sweet food and high cholesterol. Junk foods and carbonated drinks.

Diabetes becomes a ghost in our body. The blood sugar in our blood streams become hyde and jackal. We control them, they serves good. But if not, they become enemies.  Very low (hypoglycemia) – they send us to hospital, worst thing they put us in the coffin. Too high (hyperglycemia) – same thing also.

We spent a lot of money and time to control this bloody hyde and jackal in our body. We spent for insulin, oral tablets, test strip, equipment and lancets. We spent for travelling to clinics and pharmacy and doctors bills. We puncture our fingers everyday for blood sugar test and we jab our stomach everyday to feed our body with insulin. Activities that we are tired of doing but had to live with it. Just to stay alive.

Time had comes to a halt. Cause of diabetes is now defined differently. Dr. rais ……………………….

Dr. rais had formulated a food supplement just to do that. No chemicals, just from wilderness. 100% natural herbs. Bio-natural food supplement.

ZHAHAB

Registered under FAMA (Federal Agriculture Marketing Authority) and MOA (Ministry of Agriculture)

Record say 90% of diabetes mellitus patients have had a normal blood sugar reading after taking one to three bottles (60 or 80grams/bottle) of zhahab. Cases show nearly blind can read again.

The beauty of zhahab is it not only maintaining our blood sugar but it curing the diabetes. Yes, we now can cure the diabetes mellitus.

“ Yes – Diabetes Mellitus Is Cureable!!! “

After taking mostly one to three bottles normally we can stop taking the zhahab. Not only the zhahab but also the insulin and all medication related to it!

Believe it or not?

This HbA1c would says something. What is HbA1c?

Glycated hemoglobin (hemoglobin A1c, HbA1c, A1C, or Hb1c; sometimes also HbA1c) is a form of hemoglobin that is measured primarily to identify the average plasma glucose concentration over prolonged periods of time. It is formed in a non-enzymatic glycation pathway by hemoglobin's exposure to plasma glucose. Normal levels of glucose produce a normal amount of glycated hemoglobin. As the average amount of plasma glucose increases, the fraction of glycated hemoglobin increases in a predictable way. This serves as a marker for average blood glucose levels over the previous months prior to the measurement.
The 2010 American Diabetes Association Standards of Medical Care in Diabetes added the A1c ≥ 48 mmol/mol (≥6.5%) as another criterion for the diagnosis of diabetes.[1]
In diabetes mellitus, higher amounts of glycated hemoglobin, indicating poorer control of blood glucose levels, have been associated with cardiovascular disease, nephropathy, and retinopathy. Monitoring the HbA1c in type-1 diabetic patients may improve treatment.[

HbA1c is a lab test that shows the average amount of sugar in your blood over 3 months. It shows how well you are controlling your diabetes.

Why the Test is Performed
Your doctor may order this test if you have diabetes. It shows how well you are controlling your diabetes.
The test may also be used to screen for diabetes.
Normal Results
An HbA1c of 6% or less is normal.
The following are the results when the HbA1c is being used to diagnose diabetes:
  • Normal: Less than 5.7%
  • Pre-diabetes: 5.7% to 6.4%
  • Diabetes: 6.5% or higher

Here is HbA1c reports (blood sample) taken on 26th.Sept.2011 and 30th..Nov.2011.

The difference is 4.2% in 2 months. My doctor informed me that the value of HbA1c could be reduced 1 point at most per month under proper controlled medication.

Zhahab was first consumed on 15th.Sept..2011, on the 17th.Sept.2011  insulin injection was stopped. No other medication consumed. Was diagnosed on 9th.Sept.2011 with reading using glucometer at High, doctor estimated about 36mmol/L and was admitted to ward. Ask for early discharge from hospital (reading 18mmol/L) with insulin treatment at 30/20 points to be jabbed everyday.
